We use your data to reply to your enquiry, prepare travel or cycling holiday information, discuss availability, organise requested services and maintain communication about your potential or confirmed booking.

We process enquiry data because it is necessary to respond to your request and to take steps before entering into a service agreement. Where required, we rely on your consent, for example when you tick the contact checkbox on the form.
Data sharing
We only share personal data where it is necessary to handle your request or booking, for example with accommodation, transfer, bike rental or local service partners. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep enquiry and booking-related information only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, administration, legal obligations and customer service.

Contact form spam protection
Our contact forms use privacy-friendly spam protection, including a hidden honeypot field, a simple verification question, a minimum form-fill time and basic rate limiting. We do not use Google reCAPTCHA or third-party tracking for the contact form.
For rate limiting, the server temporarily processes a one-way hash of the visitor’s IP address. It is used only to prevent repeated automated submissions and expires automatically.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use basic technical cookies required for normal operation. If analytics or advertising tracking is added later, this policy should be updated and, where required, a cookie notice should be added.
